On April 17, a meeting was held between the Chairman of the Azerbaijan Railways CJSC Rovshan Rustamov and the delegation led by the EU Special Representative (EUSR) for Central Asia Terhi Hakala who is on visit to Azerbaijan, Caspian Energy Media reports with reference to APA.

Discussed at the meeting was the development of cooperation with the EU, international trade-transport route Middle Corridor and its growing significance. Head of Azerbaijan Railways CJSC informed about projects in the region and ongoing restoration of railway infrastructure at liberated territories of Azerbaijan.
