Leyla Aliyeva, Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, met with Rwandan President Paul Kagame in the country’s capital Kigali on December 13, “Caspian Energy Media” reports.

During the meeting, relations between the two countries were discussed, including cooperation opportunities with the Heydar Aliyev Foundation in various fields. Emphasizing the importance of expanding bilateral relations, Leyla Aliyeva highlighted plans for implementing projects aimed at the development of education and culture in African countries, initiating educational exchange programs, and collaborating on the joint presentation of art pieces in international projects.
