SOCAR’s subsidiary SOCAR Downstream Management (SDM) and Axial FANS INT s.r.l (AFI) are pleased to announce signing a memorandum of understanding on conducting of joint feasibility on high efficient UNIQUE fans installation at SOCAR Downstream Assets in Azerbaijan aimed at improving cooling duty and reducing electrical power consumption.

The following is expected as a result of successful cooperation and installation of the UNIQUE fans systems: electrical power savings, increase in cooling duty leading to the overall efficiency increase of the industrial process and yields, as well as reliability improvement and decrease of maintenance frequency.

Successful implementation of the initiative supports SOCAR’s targets aimed at reducing emissions and aligns with commitments to sustainability, energy efficiency and environmental stewardship.
