"Caspian Energy Media" informs with reference to the official website of AFFA that the UEFA seminar for Elite category and 1st class referees will be held from September 2 to 4 in Geneva, Switzerland. Azerbaijan's FIFA referee Aliyar Agayev will also participate in the event.
