On August 15 the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of Uzbekistan Sharipov met with the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Germany to the Republic of Uzbekistan, Manfred Hutterer.

The parties exchanged views on the introduction of mutual education programs for the training of engineering and technical specialists, the invitation of experienced scientists from the Federal Republic of Germany to Uzbekistan, and the implementation of mutual scientific and research activities aimed at solving current global problems.

According to the results of the meeting, the parties agreed to further develop cooperation.
