Powerlifter David Degtyarev won the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games and became the first two-time Paralympic champion in the history of Kazakhstan.
According to Caspian Energy Media, the athlete competes in the weight category up to 54 kilograms. At the 2024 Paralympic Games, 10 athletes took part in this discipline. Degtyarev showed the best result in the final.
