An agreement on a number of steps to comply with the ceasefire in Nagorno-Karabakh, including non-deliberate attacks on the civilian population and non-military facilities, was reached at the meeting held between representatives of Azerbaijan and Armenia in Geneva on Friday, October 30.
According to the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), the OSCE Minsk group co-chairs from Russia, France and the United States held separate and joint meetings with the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan in Geneva, as well as consultations with Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-office Andrzej Kasprzyk, UN High Commissioner for Refugees Filippo Grandi and President of the International Committee of the Red Cross Peter Maurer, TASS reports.
