Azerbaijan’s Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov has held a meeting with the UNDP Acting Resident Representative in the country, Alessandra Roccasalvo. Caspian Energy Media reports this with reference to the Ministry of Economy of Azerbaijan.

Discussed at the meeting were financing mechanisms for sustainable development, potential partnership between Azerbaijan and the UNDP within COP29, as well as other issues. Besides, the UNDP representative was informed about the measures taken to reintegrate our liberated territories. Alessandra Roccasalvo signified her satisfaction with the framework of cooperation between Azerbaijan and UNDP, and expressed readiness on the organization’s behalf to provide support in conduction of COP29.
