Azerbaijan reports on Gabala resident’s injury because of rocket attack

The Defense Ministry of Azerbaijan reported on missile attacks by the Armenian military on Gabala, Kurdamir and Siyazan districts. A 17-year-old resident of Gabala, Murad Amirbekov, was injured in a ballistic missile explosion, and five residential buildings were damaged, says the statement made by the  Prosecutor General's Office of Azerbaijan. The Ministry noted that Gabala is located 150 kilometers away from the war zone. A ballistic missile was launched this morning from an operational-tactical missile system from the territory of Armenia, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry said. "Around 7:00 (6:00 Moscow time), the enemy launched three missiles in the direction of Siyazan district, and around 9:00 (8:00 Moscow time) – two missiles in the direction of Gabala and one missile in the direction of Kurdamir districts.The Armenian occupiers were targeting the Oguz-Gabala-Baku water pipeline, but the missiles were hit by Air Defense System, says the report.
