CSTO Secretary General believes Azerbaijan will not strike at Armenia

Azerbaijan will not deliver firepower against the territory of Armenia, since it has no territorial claims to it and does not infringe on its integrity, believes the Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) Stanislav Zas. According To S. Zas, the common sense of Azerbaijani and Armenian politicians and the military will not let the conflict grow to a new level.

Currently, the Armenian armed forces are firing artillery at the villages of Goranboy, Terter and Aghdam regions of Azerbaijan. This is reported by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan. The Azerbaijani army units take adequate measures against the enemy.

Just today two people were hospitalized with various injuries as a result of the shell hitting a household facility in the center of the city of Barda. At the same time, five people were injured as a result of the shell falling near the secondary school No. 5 in the city of Barda, the school building and numerous vehicles were significantly damaged. As a result of the Armenian aggressors ' strikes at civilian objects, dozens of civilians were killed and hundreds were injured, mostly children and the elderly.
