The trade volume of Turkey's spot natural gas market increased by 30.1% to 7.14 million Turkish liras on Sunday, Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data showed on Monday. Caspian Energy News reports this news, citing Anadolu.
Total trade on Saturday amounted to 5.49 million liras.
On Sunday's spot market, 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas cost 1,423 liras, while the total natural gas trade volume amounted to 5.20 million cubic meters.
Turkey received 121.2 million cubic meters of pipeline gas on Sunday.
US$1 equaled 6.39 Turkish liras at 1118 GMT on Monday.
