Antony Blinken extended his congratulations on the recent agreement regarding the border delimitation between Armenia and Azerbaijan, emphasizing the United States' commendation of this development.

During the telephone conversation, the sides hailed the cooperation between the Azerbaijani and U.S. delegations within COP29.
