Azerbaijani Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources and COP29 President Designate Mukhtar Babayev met with Makhtar Diop, the Managing Director of the International Finance Corporation, COP29 said on X, “Caspian Energy Media” informs.

The meeting focused on innovative financing solutions for climate action. “As we prepare for COP29, their dialogue focused on enhancing support for developing countries and mobilizing private sector investment to achieve sustainable development goals,” reads the statement.
