Energy Minister of Azerbaijan Parviz Shahbazov has visited China at the invitation of Zhang Jianhua, head of the National Energy Administration of the People's Republic of China.

The minister will participate in the 3rd Belt and Road Energy Ministers Conference to be held in Qingdao, Shandong Province, China on October 23-24.
