The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (AMB) and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) held discussions on the sustainable development of the country's financial sector, Taleh Kazimov, Chairman of AMB, said on X.

During the meeting, we discussed the sustainable development of the financial sector, the Central Bank's strategic plans for sectoral growth, the expansion of the real sector's access to finance, "green transition" related initiatives and the possibilities for EBRD's support in this regard. Additionally, we exchanged views on the current state and future prospects of cooperation between the Central Bank and the EBRD, he added.
