Energy Minister Parviz Shahbazov will receive citizens of Khachmaz, Guba, Gusar, Shabran and Siyazan districts on September 12.
As reported by Caspian Energy Media with reference to the ministry, the reception will be held at the Khachmaz District Center of Heydar Aliyev (address: Khachmaz city, Nariman Narimanov Street, 72), beginning at 11:00.
