Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nurlan Baibazarov announced during a Government meeting that the new Tax Code will be adopted before July 1, 2025, and will come into force by January 2026.
According to him, this will provide an opportunity to conduct active mass explanatory work, develop by-laws and prepare information systems for the State Revenue Committee.
