On August 28, a meeting was held at the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan with the prominent opera singer Tamara Sinyavskaya, a, Azerbaijan, and the USSR.

The singer's activities in this field have always been highly valued by the state. Last year, she was honored with the "Heydar Aliyev 100th Anniversary (1923–2023)" Jubilee Medal and the "Honorary Diploma of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan" by presidential decrees, “Caspian Energy Media” reports with reference to the Ministry.

Subsequently, these state awards were ceremoniously presented to the artist.
