India and Kazakhstan to introduce visa-free transit

“A 72-hour visa-free regime is planned to be introduced for the Indian citizens”, Minister of Culture and Sports Arystanbek Mukhamediuly has said in the course of the briefing at the press center of the Government of RK,  Caspian Energy News ( ) reports with reference to the press service of the RK PM.

“The biggest world airports are the economically developed hubs. Kazakhstan shall become an economic hub for flight connections. If Kazakhstan becomes a transit hub between India and other countries, then the economic situation in Kazakhstan will rapidly improve”, Arystanbek Mukhamediuly said.

A 72-hour visa-free transit for citizens of China was opened in the pilot mode for the first during the Expo-2017 exhibition.
