Caspian European Club members visit Jojug Marjanli

On Wednesday the Caspian European Club’s delegation, headed by the Club’s First Deputy Chairman and CEO Telman Aliyev, visited Jabrayil district’s Jojug Marjanli village released from occupation.

The visit was organized by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Embassy of the Turkish Republic in Azerbaijan. Within the framework of the program of development of Jojug Marjanli, a mobile workshop for honey production and a mobile facility for sale of rural products were opened in the village.

Deputy Minister of Economy of the Azerbaijan Republic Sahib Mammadov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkey to Azerbaijan Erkan Özoral, Chief Executive of Jabrayil district Kamal Hasanov, Chairman of the Board of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (SMBDA) Orkhan Mammadov, Chairman of the Board of the Turkish Union of Entrepreneurs and Industrialists (TUIB) Huseyn Beyukfirat, First Deputy Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Caspian European Club Telman Aliyev and others addressed the event. 

The event participants also attended an exhibition of hand-made items of local craftsmen, as well as viewed the construction of the enterprise for souvenirs production.

The Caspian European Club, which brings together more than 5,000 member companies and organizations from 70 countries around the world, was established in June 2002 with the support of the largest oil and gas companies working in the Caspian-Black Sea region and with the active involvement of the Caspian Energy International Media Group.


His Excellency Mr. Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, is the founder and the First Chairman of the Caspian European Club.
